Observation

It was observed one parent brought bacitracin, a first aid antibiotic ointment, for the staff to use in place of a diaper cream. The medication authorization stated to use this item at every diaper change. The authorization was dated from 07/2022. The ointment stated to not use this product for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor. The program did not recieve a doctors note for this product.
